I. The Tequ�sta Villaqe Counoil held a scheduled workshap msating
at ths Villaqe Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive►, Tequeata, Florida,
on Monday, Hovember 8, �993. The meeti�g was called to order

Piat�ning Forum under Puture development aiways turned baok to
the �.saqe ot que►lity o! education, which is pre�ently lackinq
in �orthern Pa1m Beach County. The general consensus was that
thG 6cAoo1 Board had ta4 much responaibility� erid that locgl
qovernments should become involved in the education issue.
It Was agreed that measures should be taken to a�CVUraqe small
bueinoae growth in the northern county area, a�nd tbat
stxeamlininq the perm�t�ing/approval proces�es wa� a necessary
. s�ap in tih�t disection.

Steerinq Copupittee should look at wayG and meens o! bringing

discretionarx uee by Gach jurisdiction, with goals,
objective$, and polici,es in mind, �imilar te the Gomprehenaive
Plan format.
