NOVEMBER 12, 1993 - NOVEMBER 26, 1993
During this reporting period, there were 479 recorded phone
calls to the Village Manager's Office and 120 citizen
inquiries at the lobby counter.
O Meeting with Lighthouse Gallery Representative on November 15
to review long range plans.
O Attended a meeting on November 17 with the city managers and
finance directors of Jupiter and Juno Beach.
O Attended meeting with Mayor Mackail and Palm Beach County
Officials to review Tequesta Branch Library on November 18.
O Attended the Village Council Meeting on November 18.
O Met with Traffic Engineering Off icials of Martin, Palm Beach,
Jupiter and Tequesta regarding joint traffic study on November
22.
O Attended the Public Works Committee Meeting on November 22.
O Conducted a Staff Meeting on November 23 wherein the following
items were discussed:
1) The Village Clerk was requested to direct all
communications with the Solid Waste Authority regarding
information for an Amnesty Day in writing.
2) The Chief of Police and Water System Manager were
requested to prepare to seek their permission to make
their budgeted vehicle purchases for the Village Council
Meeting in January, 1994.
3) A discussion regarding the Employee of the Year Awards
and the possibility of ceasing the same was conducted.
4) The date, time and place of the Tequesta Employee
Christmas Party was considered and decided to close the
_ Village Offices for a half-day on that day (December
22nd).
5) The Water System Manager was requested to provide a
status report on the Garage Project.

6) The Village Clerk was requested to look in to the status
of communications regarding charges associated with
recent lot clearing.
7) Fire Chief reviewed problems associated with the carnival
at Lighthouse Plaza.
8) The Village Clerk disseminated fleet inventory forms for
compliance with State emission control standards.
9) Water System Manager stated that Water Department fax
number is 575-6239.
10) Water System Manager was directed to have the air
conditioner in front office checked.
11) Police Chief reviewed problems associated with the JTAA
Christmas Parade.
12) Police Chief reviewed known problems associated with
carnival at Lighthouse Plaza.
13) Finance Director reviewed bookkeeping problems in Finance
Department.
