I checked the rules, consulted with my manager, and confirmed that the official time to retain public notices issued by your facility is at least 3 years. ECR -II samples are not required by FDEP but are required by Palm Beach County Environmental Rule II (ECRII) which fit within the criterion for chemical samples results, and shall be maintained for at least 10 years. Please review the table bellow or Chapter 62- 550.720. F.A.C. for other records retention requirements. . But we want to check the proper protocol with you. Also, this is to confirm our conversation of a retention of 10 years for ECR II. Thank you so much for your help with this.
