In response, we received the attached applications from Mr. Ernest Collins, Dr. Ernest Ruonen and Mr. Abraham Lehrman. All gentlemen t> . �� , . , Village Council February 2, 1994 Page 2 are eminently qualified to serve on the Tequesta Code Enforcement Board. Mr. Collins is an industrial engineer, and by virtue of his involvement with his Homeowners Association, is familiar with Tequesta Codes and procedures. I recommend tne Village Council appoint Mr. Collins to a three-year term as a Regular Member expiring on February 11, 1997. Dr. Ruonen is an active general contractor and professional engineer. He also e�ressed a willingness to serve as an Alternate Member. Therefore, I recommend Dr. Ruonen be appointed as an Alternate Member for a three-year term expiring on February 11, 1997. TGB/phu ' .
