The attached Resolution amends the polling locations for Precincts 1077 and 1079; these locations were split
by the Supervisor of Elections Office and 1079 is now at the Tequesta Terrace Assisted Living Facility.

SUBJECT: Resolution 7-08 -Amending Polling Locations
The attached Resolution amends the polling locations for Precincts 1077 and 1079;
these locations were split by the Supervisor of Elections Office and 1079 is now at the
Tequesta Terrace Assisted Living Facility.
RESOLUTION NO. 7-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, AMENDING PREVIOUSLY
ADOPTED RESOLUTION 25-07/08 TO CORRECT A
SCRIVENERS ERROR IN POLLING LOCATION
DESIGNATIONS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2008;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Village desires to amend Resolution 25-07/08 Section 1.
Correcting a Scriveners Error; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notice is hereby given that the polling locations for the General Municipal
Election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2008; and if necessary, a
Municipal Run-off on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 will be:
Precincts 1072, 1075, and 1076 Tequesta Recreation Center
399 Seabrook Road
Tequesta, Florida 33469
Precinct 1077 First Baptist Church of Tequesta
423 Tequesta Drive
Tequesta, Florida 33469
Precinct 1079 Tequesta Terrace Assisted Living Center
400 N. US One
Tequesta, FL 33469
The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to post this Resolution in the Village
Administrative Offices immediately after passage, and provide a certified copy to the
Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections.
The foregoing Resolution was offered by who moved its adoption. The
motion was seconded by and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:

The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and adopted this 14th day of
