15 passenger van in the amount of $19,981.00, piggybacking the 2003
State of Florida con�ract, Florida Sheriff's bid #02-10-0826, for wluch
$21,000.00 was alloeated in the FY 2002-2003 Pazks and Recre,�tion

from Alan Jay Chevrolet, of Sebring, Florida, for one (1) 2003 Chevrolet
5ilverado 3500 (1 Ton Cab & Chassis, 4x4) in the amourrt of $24,137.00,
piggybacki.ng the 2003 State of Florida. Contract, Florida Sheriff's Bid
#02-10-0826, for which $2'1,700.00 was alloca,ted in the FY 2002-2003
Utility Departm,ent Budget (Accou�t #401-411-664.602), and authorizing

and install optional equipment for one (1) 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 3500
in the amount of $19,199.00 for which $20,300.00 was allocated in the FY
2002-2003 Utility Departmem Budget (Accouirt #401-411-664.6U2), and
authorizing the V'�llage Manager to execute the applicable coirt.ract on

from McCotter Ford, Inc., of Titusville, Florida, for two 2003 Ford
Crown Yctoria patrol cars and two 2003 Ford F-15p pickup trucks for the
Public Works Departmem and Utility Department in the amount of
$80,930, piggybacking the 2003 State of Florida. coirtract, Florida. Sheriff's
Bid #02-10-0826, for which a total of $86,000.00 was allocated in the FY
2002-2003 Budget with $46,000.00 from the Police Departme�t (Account
