HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance_275_12/11/1979~ ~ ORDINANCE N0. ---2..~r~-- AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL VILLAGE ZONING MAP TO CONFORM TO THE VILLAGE LAND USE MAP AS ADOPTED JULY 24, 1979. Section 12. - The Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta shall be amended to the extent necessary to include the provisions of the Ordinance. Section 13. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and after public hearing and notice as required by law. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was offered by Councilmember _ Joseph D.
