O Attended the Joint Local Government Traffic Engineering Staff Meeting on February 7. O Attended the Finance and Administration Committee Meeting on. February 8. O Attended a luncheon with North County City Managers and Representatives of the Salvation Army on February 9. O Attended the Village Council Meeting on February 10. O Attended the Public Works Committee Meeting on February 14. O Attended the Joint Local Government Traffic Study Staff Meeting on February 16. O Attended the North County City Manager�Finance Director Meeting on February 16. O Met with the Director of Public Works and Director of Finance to review cost estimates for proposed 1994 Bond Issue. O Met with the Village Clerk and Director of Finance to review project costs estimates for 1994 Bond Issue. O Conducted a Staff Meeting on February 22 wherein the following items were discussed: 1) The Building Official was requested to determine whether any budget amendments were needed to provide necessary training for him and Deputy Building Official to meet the new certification requirements of the State of Florida. 2) Building Official was requested to provide a status of the annexation assignment and to bring forward the pert chart and other issues regarding those properties proposed to be annexed by way of referendum. 3) The Director of Public Works and Recreation was requested to secure the necessary information to conduct a usage study at Tequesta Park. 4) Chief of Police was requested to maintain Country Club Drive enforcement.� 5) The Director of Finance was requested to prepare the 1994 Budget Calendar to allow staff to schedule vacations around the same. 6) The Chief of Police and Director of Public Works were requested to be prepared to implement a 25 mph speed limit on Country Club Drive upon request. 7) The Chief of Police was requested to review a speeding complaint on Willow Road. 8) Director of Public Works was reminded to update SAC population north of the Loxahatchee River. 9) Village Clerk provided update on recycling at 400 Beach Road. 10) Village Clerk inquired as to satisfaction relative to current cleaning crew. 11) Village Clerk indicated newsletter was complete and thanked those who had provided articles. 12) Lien procedures r�lative to code enforcement cases were reviewed. Village Clerk requested to review the same. 13) Building Official gave an update on the Pueffer code enforcement case, the Walters case and reviewed Notice of Lien procedures. 14) Director of Public Works indicated that letter to adjacent property owners regarding Tequesta Streetscape Plan was forthcoming. 15) Fire Chief reviewed matters relative to 308 Tequesta Drive. 16) Fire Chief overviewed NAMAC Automatic Mutual Aid discussions. 17) Fire Chief informed of discussions regarding countywide mutual aid. 18) Fire Chief indicated staff person has been designated as certified fitness coordinator. 2 19) Fire Chief inquired as to status of Council Chambers for volunteer meetings on Monday evenings. 20� Finance Director indicated that Adrianne Todak's last day would be February 25.
