SUBJECT: Board of Adjustment Appointments; Agenda Item
Due to the recent resignation of long-term Board of Adjustment
Member william Kirkland, due to his relocation to an area outside
of the Village, the Village Council needs to consider appointments
to the Board of Adjustment. The membership of the Board of
Adjustment is as follows:

The Department of Community Development has contacted Susan Brennan
aad she has indicated a willingness to serve as a Regular Member.
Therefore, it is recommended that the Village Council appoint Susan.
Brennan as a Regular Member of the Board of Adjustment for a three-
year term, e�iring on April 15, 1997.
Ms. Brennan's appointment as a Regular Member causes the Village to
have an opening for an Alternate Member to the Board of Adjustment.
In this regard, we have received an application from Betty Coyle,
who resides on Beach Road. Currently, Tequesta has no Beach Road
representation on any of its boards or commissions. Therefore, I
recommend that Ms . Coyle be appointed as an Alternate Member to the
Board of Adjustment for a two-year term, e�cpiring on April 15,
1996.
