Bradford, Village Manager DATE: April 8, 1994 SUBJECT: Consideration of Appointments to the Code Enforcement Board; Agenda Item The Village has one Regular Member opening and one Alternate Member opening to the Code Enforcement Board. Therefore, staff contacted Dr. Ernest Ruonen and he has indicated a willingness to serve as a Regular Member. I therefore recommend the Village Council appoint Dr. Ruonen to fill the unexpired term of Ernest Collins, who recently resigned, with the term to expire on February 11, 1997. Previously, the Village received an application from Mr. Abe Lehrman, a resident of Tequesta Country Club Point. Mr. Lehrman is eminently qualified, as he was a plumbing contractor and engineer during his professional career. Therefore, I recommend that Mr. Lehrman be appointed as an Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustment, filling the unexpired term of Dr. Ruonen, with said term expiring on February 11, 1997. The applications of Dr. Kuonen and Mr. Lehrman are attached for your review.
