Seabrook Road, Tequesta Tom. the Cvmmunity Appearance Board reviewed the above referenced pro�ect on April 6. 1994 The following concerns were expressed by the Board regarding this proposed project: 1, Concerned with the proposed red color for the asphalt coating on the pathwaps. 2. Concern with regard to the thickness of the subsurface under the asphalt. 3. Concern that there were too many cross connecting pathways. 4. Goncern with rectard to the lack of any plantings along and outside of the chain link fence on Dover Road. 5. concern ever the green color of the chain link fencing. 6. Concern over the color of the asphalt shingles for the qazebQ roof. 7. Concern over the location of the proposed sign. Motion to approve the proposed pro�ect subject to the following condit ions: � 1. Basketball Court to be plexipave light green color for glaying area. 2, Basketball Court Ferimeter to be Sudbury Sand color. 3. Pathways to match the Sudbury Sand color. Recycled Paper (2) Page 2 4. Asphalt roof shingles to be light brown color. Woodland II Series. 5. Eliminate the pathway west of the basketball court. 6. Add a circular focal point in the pathway at northeast corner of basketball court. 7. Provide a bench for seating around tree at circular focal point. 8. Add appropriate plantings along fence at Dover Road. 9. Use green vinyl chain link fence along west side of park that backs up to Tequesta Gardens and use black vinvl fence at all other areas. Vote on the motion: 5-0 to approve. Additional Board comments: NONE Buildinq Official Comments: This groposed pro7ect in Phase IZ of a plan to develop Constitution Park and includes the previously apgroved Phase I portion of the plan which consisted of the landscaping, lighting and parking lot changes in front of the JTJC buildinQ. Staff recommends approval.
