AN ORDII~'ANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUP:STA,
FLORIDA, ANA'FYING CERTAIN Lt1NDS TO T}iE
TTRRITORIt~1L LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA.
i~'}iEB,~:i1S, subsection (29) of Section 3 of Article V of the
Charter of the Vi1.l.age of Tequesta grants the Village Council the pol4er
to annex: any lands adjoining or ~ti~ithin three miles of the territorial
boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or o~•,mers
thereof; and
j~,'HI:RE.1S, Atlantic National Bank of West Palm Beach, as
Ancillary Administrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of Paul E. Wilson,
deceased, by J. }{. Paulsen II, Trust Officer, the owner of certain
parcels of land situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, has filed. a
;petition s,~ith the Vi.lla.ge Council. requesting that the land described
therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta:
