WHEREAS, subsection (20) of Section 3 of ARTICLE V, of the Charter of the Village of Tequesta grants the Vi1la.ge Council the power to annex any lands adjoining or within three miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition of the owner or or~mers thereof ; and WHEREAS, DIVOSTA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, the owner of a certain parcel of land situated in Palm Beach County;. Florida, has filed a peti- Lion with the Village Council requesting that the land described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FIARIDA, as follows: Section 1.
