ORDINANCE NO. 168
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUE STA
WHEREAS, sub-section (291 of Section 3 of ARTICLE V of
the Charter of the Village of Tequesta grants the Village Council
the power to annex any lands adjoining or within three miles of
the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the petition
of the owner or owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, THOMAS P. ROBINSON, the owner of certain parcel of
land situated in P._~lm Beach County, Florida, has filed a .petition
with the Village Council requesting that the land described therein
be annexed to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1.
That the parcel of land, owned by the said
THOMAS P. ROBINSON, being as follows:
A parcel of land in Government Lot 3, SECTION
36, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, more ,particularly described as
follows:
From the intersection of the waters of the
Northwest Fork of the Loxahatchee River with the
Southeasterly line of Lot 16, Block C, JUPITER
MANORS, Section One, sheet 4, as recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 38, Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, proceed N. 45° 34' E., along the
said Southeasterly line of Lot 16, a distance of
6 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue N. 45° 34'
E., along the said Southeasterly line of Lot 16,
a distance of 407.2 feet; thence N. 48° 12' E.,
a distance of 30.34 feet; thence N. 49° 31' W. a
distance of 607.8 feet to the Point of Curvature
of a curve concave to the East and having a
radius of 1175 feet; thence along the arc of said
curve a distance of 33.41 feet; thence N. 58° 45'
E. a distance of 162.9 feet; thence N. 31° 15' W.
a distance of 70 feet; thence S. 58° 45'W a distance
of 12.47 feet; thence N. 25° Ol' 36" W. a distance
of 20 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S.

58° 45' W, a distance of 143.83 feet to the
Northerly right-of-way line of Rio Vista Drive
as shown on said plat of JUPITER MANORS, Section
One, sheet 4; thence Northwesterly, along said
right-of-way line, a distance of 0.63 feet to
the Point of Curvature of a curve in said right-
of-way line concave to the E~.st and having a
radius of 333.1 feet; thence along the arc of
said curve a distance of 98.04 feet; thence N.
65° 36' 42" E. a distance of 117.42 feet; thence
S. 89° 14' 12" E, a distance of 51.20 feet;
thence t3. 25° Ol' 36" E. a distance of 57 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
is hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of Tequesta,
and the same shall be and become a part of the Village of Tequesta,
with the same force and effect as though the same had been ori-
ginally incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof.
Section 2. That said parcel of land shall be subject to all
of the ordinances, regulations and codes of said Village.

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
T0: VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA
The undersigned, THOMAS P. ROBINSON, the owner of the
parcels of land hereafter described, respectfully petitions
that said parcel of land be incorporated into the territorial
limits of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, said parcel being
described as follows:
A parcel of land in Government Lot 3, SECTION
36, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, more particularly described as
follows:
