a • • ORDINANCE N0. 16© AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 43 AND THE ZONING MAP THEREUNDER TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY S. S. & R. INC. WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, being Ordinance No. 43, may be amended from time to time on its own motion or on petition, after public hearing, by the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and WHEREAS, upon petition of S. S. & R. INC. to amend said Ordinance and the zoning map thereunder to change the zoning classification of the property of the petitioner hereinafter des- cribed, from R-1 to R-3, a public hearing was duly held on October 21, 1969; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA: Section l: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta, being Ordinance No. 43, and the zoning map thereunder, be, and the same is hereby, amended with regard to the following described property, to wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right of way line of State Road 707 as said right of way is recorded in Road Plat Book 2, pages 70, 71 and 72, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; with a line parallel with and 53 feet northerly from, measured at right angles to the North line of Lot 1, Plat of Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony as said Plat is recorded in Plat Book 24, page 139, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and from said point of beginning running northeasterly along the said right of way line and along the arc of a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 337.94 feet and a central angle of 47°17'28", a distance of 278.93 feet, more or less, to a point in the north line of Lot 197 Plat of Gomez Grant and Jupiter Island as same is recorded in Plat Book 1, page 80, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence (for convenience the said north line of Lot 1, Plat of Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony is assumed to bear North 89°13'57" East and all other bearings herein are relative thereto) south 89°57'03" East along the said North line of Lot 197 to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence southerly along the said waters of the Atlantic Ocean to a point in a line parallel with and 100 ~. ~ ! feet northerly from, measured at right angles, to the said North line ofLot 1, Plat of Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony; thence South 89°13'57" West along the said parallel line, a distance of 350 feet, more or less, to a point in a curve concave to the North having a radius of 283.27 feet and whose tangent passing through said point bears South 11°55'27" West; thence south- westerly along the arc of said curve subtending an angle of 27°32'04" a distance of 136.13 feet, more or less, to a point in a northerly extension of the easterly right of way line of Colony Road as said right of way line is shown on said Plat Book 24, page 139, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence North 18°34'3311 West along the said northerly extension, a distance of 13.73 feet, more or less, to a point in a line parallel with and 53 feet northerly from measured at right angles to the said North line of Lot 1, Plat of Jupiter Inlet Beach Colony; thence South 89°13'571° West along the said parallel line to the point of beginning, together with riparian and littoral rights. to change the zoning classification of said property from R-1 to R-3. Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
