ORDINANCE N0. 154
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, FIARIDA, ANNERING CERTAIN
LANDS TO THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS
OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA.
WHEREAS, sub-section (20) of Section 3 of ARTICLE V, of the Charter of the
Village of Tequesta grants the Village Council the power to annex any lands adjoining
or within three miles of the territorial boundaries of said municipality upon the
petition of the owner or owners thereof; and
WHEREAS, S. S. ~ R. INCORPORATED, the owner of certain parcels of land
situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, has filed a petition with the Village Council
requesting that the lands described therein be annexed to the territorial limits of
the Village of Tequesta, copy of said Petition being attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully and completely set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the parcels of land described in the Petition herein above
mentioned and hereto attached, are hereby annexed and incorporated into the Village of
Tequesta, with the same force and effect as though the same had been originally
incorporated into the territorial boundaries thereof.
Section 2. That said land shall be subject to all of the Ordinances,

regulations and codes of said Village.

relative thereto) south 89°57'03" East along the said North line of
Lot 197 to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence southerly along
the said waters of the Atlantic Ocean to a paint in a line parallel
with and 100 feet northerly from, measured at right angles, to the
said North line of Lot 1 Plat of Jupiter Inl~=t Beach Colony; thence
South 89°13'57" West along the said parallel line, a distance of 350
feet, more or less, to a point in a curve concave to the ^~orth having
a radius of 283.27 feet and whose tangent passing through said point
