AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 43 AND
THE ZONING MAP THEREUNDER TO CHANGE THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND
OWNED BY CHAS, H. CRIM, TRUSTEE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Tequesta,
Florida, being Ordinance No. 43, may be amended from time to
time on its own motion or on petition, after public hearing, by
the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and
WHEREAS, upon petition of CHAS. H. CRIM, TRUSTEE, to amend
said Ordinance and the zoning map thereunder to change the zoning
classification of the property of the petitioner hereinafter
described, from R-1 to C-2, a public hearing was duly held on
November 21, 1967;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Tequesta, being Ordinance No. 43, and the zoning map thereunder,
be, and the same is hereby, amended with regard to the following
described property, to wit;
A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 40 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more par-
ticularly described as follows: For a point of
beginning, commence at the intersection of the south
line of Government Lot 2, Section 30, Township 40 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, with the
easterly right-of-way line of old Dixie Highway; thence
run northwesterly a distance of 1225 feet, more or less,
along the easterly right-of-way line of old Dixie Highway;
thence run easterly and parallel to the south line of
Government Lot 2 a distance of 545 feet; thence run
southeasterly and parallel to the easterly right-of-way
line of old Dixie Highway a distance of 1225 feet, more
or less, to a point in the south line of Government Lot
2; thence run westerly along the south line of Government
Lot 2 a distance of 545 feet to the point of beginning.
to change the zoning classification of said property from R-1 to
C-2.

Section 2•
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and approval, as provided by law.
