ORDINANCE N0. 129
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 43 AND THE
ZONING MAP THEREUNDER TO INCLUDE THE ZONING
OF A PARCEL OF LAND ANNEXED TO THE TERRITORIAL
LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA BY ORDINANCE
N0. 123.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 123, a certain parcel of land
more particularly described in said Ordinance, was duly annexed
to the territorial limits of the Village of Tequesta, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to estab-
lish the zoning for the parcel of land so annexed under the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village, being Ordinance No. 43, as amended; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of said Ordinance No. 43,
a public hearing was duly held on December 15, 1966, concerning
the zoning of said parcel of land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
(ij THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1: That the parcel of land annexed by Ordinance No. 123,
be zoned as R-3 and the zoning map be amended accordingly.
i Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval as provided by law.
