CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The Village of T�questa Planning & Zoning Advisory Board held a regularly scheduled meeting at the Tequesta Village Hall, 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, on Thursday, September 19, 2013. The meeting was called to order at 5:51 p.m. A roll call was taken by Joanne Burnsed, who noted the following were present: Chair James Hackett, Vice Chair Michael Schmidt, Board Member Elizabeth Schauer, Board Member Steven Eagen, Board Member Janet Strand, and filternate Ashley Warren. Also present were Brandon Schaad, for Planning & Zoning Director Nilsa Zacarias, and Village Attorney Keith Davis. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION Board Member Schauer moved to ap�rove the agenda as submitted. Vice Chair Strand seconded the motion, which carreed by unani.mo�s 5-0 vote. 3. Pianning � Zoning Advisory Board - MEETING MINUTES � September 19, 2013 Page 2 of 3 MOT'!ON Board Member Schauer made a motion to approve SPR 06-13 with the trim to be off white Corinthian, the main part of the building to be Light Topaz, and the sign to remain blue and if it needed repainting to use the same color. 8oard Member Strand seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous 5-0 vote. 5. SPR 07-13 Application of Hannah's Home of South Florida, Inc. for a master site plan to construct a boarding school. The application includes development phases and a proposed landscape plan. The address of the proposed master site plan is 4390 County Line Road, Tequesta, FL. Chair Hackett read Application SPR 07-13 into the record. The ar�hitect for the project presented the projecfi, displayed elevations, and answered questions from the Board regarding phasing, fencing, and landscaping. Applicant Carol B�resford noted the girls living there wt�uld b� part of the community.
