SUBJECT: FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA AND
THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE
DATE: 5/7/2004
I have recently completed negotiations with representatives of the FOP on contract
reopeners for fiscal yeat 2004-OS 2005-06; Terms & conditions have been tentarively agreed to
for the next two years (eliminating any reopener discussions next year).
I believe that both parties negotiated in good faith in an effort to provide for the needs of
the employee as well as the Village.
I tecommend approval of this item.
