HomeMy WebLinkAboutNotice_Planning and Zoning_Tab _11/21/2013 PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY MEETING The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on November 21, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following development applications: SPR 10-13: An application from Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning to modify the south building elevation by insta.11ing a roll-up door in the rear of the building. The address of the proposed application is 582 U.S. Hwy. One (County Line Plaza), Teqnesta. SPM 02-13: An application from Tequesta Towers for a site plan modification. The applicant is requesting to modify a previously approved Site Plan Review by eliminating the roof terra.ce and spirai staircase, and modifying the roof line. The address of the proposed application is 400 Beach Road, Tequesta.. Immediately following the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Public Hearing, the Planuing and Zoning Advisory Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency of the Village of Tequesta. will conduct a Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordinances: ORDINANCE NO. 46-13 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 78. ZONING. ART. VI. SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, DNISION 2. SCHEDULE OF USE REGULATIONS, SECTION 7&180. MIXED USE DISTRICT, BY REDUCING TI� MAXIMUM PERMITTED BUILDING HEIGHT FROM SIX STORIES/84 FEET TO FOUR STORIES/50 FEET; FURTHER AMENDINC AR.T. VII. PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS, SECTION 78-225. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIAL REGULATIONS, BY REDUCING THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BUILDING HEIGHT FROM SIX STORIES/84 FEET TO THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT PERMITTED iN THE C-2 ZONING DISTRICT; AND ALSO AMENDING AT ART. VIII. PLANNED COMI��RCIAL DEVELOPMENTS, SECTION 78-255. TO INCLUDE RETAIL PACKAGE LIQUQRS AS A PERMITTED USE IN THAT ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING CONDITIONS FOR SAID USE IN THE G2 DISTRICT; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUB-SECTION OF CHAPTER 78. ZONING. SHALL REiV1AIN 1N FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Documents related to both the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board hearing and the Local Planning Agency hearing are available for inspection and copying in the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours Monday through Friday from of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All interested parties are invited to come and be heard at the public hearings. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board or the Local Planning Agency with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearings, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the Yestimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
