Mr. Brienza indicated he wovid accept the appointment." A letter of interest frorr� Mr. Srienza is attached. If approved, his senrice as a regular member to �ill Mr. Owens' unexpired term would expire on May 14, 2003. This appointment would leave two alternate positions open. An application from Stephen N. Gordon is attached which indicdtes his willingness to serve as an attemate member. if his appointment should be approved, his term would expire in November 2004. The BOA shall consist of five regulaz members appointed by the Village Council who shall serve without compensation and for a tetm of three years.
