1. The subject pmperty is lacatsd in the R 3 Zoning District in t6e Village of Tequesta.
2. The applicant has submitted all document� requir�ci by t#�.e Village's Code of Ordinances
for site plan review.
3. The applica6ion a�nd all supporting documentafion �d prese�ion ma,terials as reviewect
by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Boazd at its Octatsar 17, 2013 mceting, and as kept
on file by the Village, are made a part hereaf and.are her�by incorporated by referer,c�.
4. According to Se�tion 22-53, approval by the Village Plannmg and Zonin� Advisory Board
is r�quQed.
5. The applic.ant � applied for site plan review ta build a ne�vv 17' by 19' p8r�ala on the
existing pQOi de�k. whic6 will be painted to match the eaoisting buildings, in accarda�nce with
the application and staff report as an file with the Village Clerk and a�ached hereto as
F..xhibit A.

6. L;nder the provisions of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning
Advisory Board has the right, power and authority to act upon the request herein made.

Build a new 17' b}•' 19' pergola on the existing pool deck �vhich will be
painted to match the existing buildings, in accordance with the application
and staff report as on file with the Village Clerk and attached hereto as

been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78-334(9). lf the building permit expires or is voided, the
