The Lighthouse Center for the Arts is requesting a donation of $10,000 or more. T�as item first
appearefl on the January 10, 2002 Council Agenda, and was tabled ta discuss the amount of donation
at the following meeting. However, at the following meeti�g, Councilmea�nbex Dalack bad a voting
conflict, leaving only two other Councilmembers to vote, which did not constitute a quorum.
