Drive, Suite 3Q0, Tequesta, Florida. 334�i9, hereinafter �eferred to as "V'�lage". V��age and Tnspector, in consideration of the mutual coven.ants contaitied herein and oth�r good and valuable consideraticm, the receipt and value of which is hexebp acknowledged bp both paztxes, hereby agree as follows: 1) Inspector will perfoxm fieid inspections fox Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical categories of consmicti.on projects as set forth in the Proposal szgned bp P�esident, Joseph �1. Ctisafulle on Februarp 18, 2000 and attached hereto. T�is Agreement w�l coxnmence on March 14, 2002 and end on March 14, 2005. 2} The terms and canditions of this Agreesnen.t shall incorporate the teims and condiiions as specifically set farth by the V'illa.ge of Tequesta.'s Requests for Proposal (attached hexeto as Exhibit A) and the Inspectox's fuIlp egecuted. Proposal thereto submitted to the V'illage on Februaxy 18, 2000 (attached as Fxhi B). Both parties herebp agree and acknowledge that this Ag�eement, togeth�r with all insurance documents, all rec�ixed Iicenses/certificaxions and other docuinents required bp the proposal documents shall constitute the entite Agreement 3) The V'iliage Manager, ar his/her designee, sha11 have discretionarp approval over utilization of Inspectox's employees who assist in petform' � field inspecti.ons for the V'illage.
