Utilitie� Deparhnent {water) indicating that there are adequate utility cap�,catie� to
accommodate this proposa.l. Additiona.11y, the Villa.ge Traffic Consixltant has review�d the
potential ixrtpacts of this fixfi�re land use ancl has deterxnined that the traffic generated would
�be within the transportation level of service standards adopted in the Comprehensive Plan.

Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance or the applic�.tion
thereof is held invalid, such invaFidity shall not a.ffect the ather provisior�s or
applications of this Ordinance, which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or applications, and to tlus end, the provisions of this Ordinance, are
hereby declared severable.
Section 3. Repeal of Ordinances in Conflict. All other ordinances of th�
Villa.ge of Tequesta, Florida, or parts thereof which conflict with tlus or any part
of this Ordinance are hereby repea.led.
Sect�on 4. Codification. This Ordinance sha,ll be codified and made a part of
the official Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Section 5 Ef�ective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
rts passage and approval, as provided by law.
