The subject prAperiy is located in the C-2 Zoning District in the Village of Tequesta. 2. The applicant has submitted all documents required by the Village's Code of Ordinances for site plan review. 3. The application and all supporting documenta.tion and presenta.tion materials as reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Boazd at its November 21, 2013 meeting, and as kept cia fr� by tiie Village, are made a part hereof and are hereby incorporated by reference. 4. Ac�ording to Section 22-53, approval by the Village Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Page 1 of 2 is required. 5. The applicant has applied for site plan review to install a new roll-up garage door on the existing structure, in accordance with the application and staff report as on file with the Village Clerk and attached hereto as E�chibit A. 6. Under the provisions of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board has the right, power and authority to act upon the request herein made. IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE PLANNIGN AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: The application for Site Plan Review, Case No. SPR 10-13 with reference to the above described property within the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, to permit the following: Install a new roll-up garage door on the existing on the existing structure, in accordance with the application and staff report as on file with the Village Clerk and attached hereto as E�ibit A is hereby APPROVED. * The te�-m Aapplicant(s) as used herein shall include all successors and assigns. * The applicant's site plan approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a building permit has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78-334(9). If the building permit expires or is voided, the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
