SUBJECT: Village Council Meeting Agenda Item for
August 30, 1994; 61" Riding Mower Bids
for Recreation Department
Please find attached, a bid tabulation sheet and three (3) bids
from local dealers for a 61" riding mower for the Recreation
Department. I would recommend that the Village accept the low bid
in the amount of $6,080 from Lawnmower Headquarters Jupiter, Inc.
for a Scag Super Z, Model #SSZ-22CV-61. This company has provided
the Village with excellent equipment and service for a number of
years.
This piece of equipment was originally scheduled to be purchased in
the next fiscal year, however, during the FY 1995 budget review, it
was recommended for budgetary reasons that this item be bought in
FY 1994 rather than FY 1995. Funds are available in the FY 1994
Recreation budget to purchase this mower, •
Please place this item on the August 30, 1994, Village Council
Meeting agenda.
