There was a trade-in value included in the contract in the amount of $18,000. The actual purchase price of the three monitors was $106,487.04. With Resolution 2-14 we are seeking to correct Res. Nos. 24-13 and 26-13 to include the $18,000 trade-in value in the purchase price of the monitors.
