VII.LAGE OF TEQUESTA
PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Advisory Boazd of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the
Village Hall locaxed at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on
January 16, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and
place to place as necessary to consider and make a final determination regarding the following
development application:
SPM O1-14: Application of AC Realty to modify the exterior building color. The address of the
proposed application is 304 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, FL.
Immediately following the Planning and Zoning Advisory Boazd Public Hearing, the Planning and
Zoning Advisory Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency of the Village of Teqnesta will conduct a
Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469,
continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendaxions to
the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordina.nces:

Hearing may he continaed from time to time, as necessary. All intet-estecl persons are encouraged to
come to the Public Hearirlg and be heard.
