PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOA,RD MEETING
The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta will conduct a Public Hearing in the
Village Hall located at the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida on
January 16, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and
place to place as necessary to consider and make a final determination regarding the following
development application:
SPM O1-14: Application of AC Realty to modify the exterior building color. The address of the
proposed application is 304 'Teyuesta Drive, Tequesta, FL.
Immediately following the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board Public Hearing, the Planning and
Zoning Advisory Board sitting as the Local Planning Agency of the Village of Tequesta. will conduct a
Public Hearing in the Village Council Chambers located at 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida. 33469,
continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary to consider and make recommendations to
the Village Council regarding the following proposed ordinances:

W;llage EIall, Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Public
Hearing may be continued from time to time, as necessary. All interested persons are encouraged to
come to the Public Hearing and be heard.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by thc Tequesta Local Pla.nning Agency with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting or hearin�, ne or sl�e will r�eed Yo insure that a verbatim recard of
the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence from which the appeal
is to be based. The Village of Tequesta does not provide such a record.
