The removal of all existing window awnings is also part of this application. The requested modifications have already been done. On 12/20/13, the applicant was advised by the Code Enforcement Officer that aesthetic modifications to exterior building color require approval from the P&Z Advisory Board. The Planning & Zoning Advisory Board needs to see an exact rendering of what is to be placed on the site. Color photographs or prints as close to the actual colors to be used must be supplied.
