ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT
THIS ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT is executed this � day of January,2014, by
the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, whose address is 345 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee."
WITNESSETH
SP BEHAVIORAL,LLC,whose address is 11301 S.E.Tequesta Terrace,Tequesta,Florida
33469, is the owner of certain property located in Martin County, Florida, and is the successor in
interest to MARTIN H.M.A.,INC.,hereinafter referred to as"Grantor,"who previously granted to
Grantee an easement for a well site location,and an easement for water transmission and distribution
purposes over and across a strip of land ten (10) feet in width on said property located in Martin
County, Florida as described in Exhibits A and B to the Grant of Easements recorded in the Public
Records of Martin County at Official Records Book 785 Page 157-160.
Grantee hereby abandons forever and henceforth the aforesaid easements recorded in the
Public Records of Martin County at Official Records Book 785 Page 157-160 and all of its rights
therein, in conjunction with grants of new easements which have been recorded in the Public
Records of Martin County at Official Records Book 2688 Pages 2357-2373.
