Allison Department: Approval: ❑ Approved Chief of Police �- Police � ❑ Approved w/conditions: Denied ❑ Tabled to: Village Clerk Attest and Seal: . • a o �� : RESOLUTION NO. �� - 2003/2004 � � � � A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM MIKE DAVIDSON FORD, OF JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, FOR TWO EORD CROAN VICTORIA POLICE CARS PER THE FLORIDA SHERIFFS ASSOCIATION BID AAARD 03-11-0825 IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,658.00, HAVING A FY 2003/2004 GENERAL FUND POLICE DEPARZ'MENT BUDGET ALLOCATION OF $46,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPLICABLE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNZ`Y, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Ford police car proposal from Mike Davidson Ford, of Jacksonville, Florida, in the amount of $42,658.00, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as a part of this Resolution, is hereby approved and the Village Manager of the Village of Tequesta is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Village of Tequesta. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY Council member , who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Council member , and upon being put to vote, the vote was as follows: FOR ADOPTION AGAINST ADOPTION The Mayor thereupon declared the Resolution duly passed and adopted this 13th day of November, A.D., 2003.
