R Establishing Vi(lage Manager Priorities
At the Vllage Couna{ Meeting of June 14, 2001, the establishing of the Village Manager
priorities to become the basis for the Vllage Manager's Report was defemed to allow each
Councilmember an opportunity to bring in their own priorities to be voted on. Please bring in
several items you would like to see as priority, and as they are presented at the meeting, we
will add them to the following list. Then each Councilmember will rank each item on the list,
designating the top priority as #1, and increasing the number as they become less importarrt.
I wilf tatal the lists once fhey are completed, giving the lowest score top prioriEy.
