Bolz. The Village of Tequesta has received a request to abandon a portian of the utility easement in the reaz of the property located at 110 River Drive, Tequesta. A CBS privacy wall, pool, deck and screen enclosure vvere constructed thirl,y years ago, wluch encroach into the easement. Attached are nineteen (T9) sets of packets for the above refereneed subject, which include the following documents: 1. Written request far abandonrnent from 1�Tan. B. Bolz, Attorney for the owners 2. Application for Abandanment of Dedicated Public Property 3. Executed cc�pies Qf Partiai Vacation and Abandonment of Easement far affected utility providers. 4. Resolution for abandonment to be acted upon by Cauncil and then forwarded to the Village Attomey for recording. Since I have been unable to reach you by telephone, I am enclosing a form requesting the abandonment that was sent to me by John Randolph and modified by me. As you know, I first requested this partial abandonment over a month ago. I am therefore requesting that the Village take whatever actions are needed to expeditiously grant the request. I have tried unsuccessfully to determine the fee for this request, if any, the, cost of advertising, if any, the time frame and the process for this request.
