RE: COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD TERM EXPIRATIONS
The terms af Community Appearnnce Board alternate member Karen Flint and
regular member Victor Strahan wil) expire on June 8, 2401, and July 31, 2001,
� respectively. Both Mrs. Flint and Mr. Strahan have been contncted and have
expressed a desire to continue to serve on the Board for an ndditional one-year
term and an additionn! three-yenr term.
Please place this item on the agendn of the June 14, 2401, Council meeting for
cansideration. Thank you.

The term of Community Appearance Board Alternate Mernber Karen D. Flint expires on
June 8, 2001. The Department of Cvmmuniry Development advises that Ms. Flint has
indicated a wiilingness to continue serving in this capacity for a one-yeaz term. The

The term of Community Appeazance Board Regular Member Victor Strahan expires on
July 30, 2001. T'he Department of Community Development advises that Mr. Stxahan has
indicated a willingness to continue serving in this capacity for a three-year term. The
