Code Er�forcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the January 25, 2000 hearing as submitted. B. Fine Imposition Hearings: None C. Violation Hearings: Case No. 01-25035 Robert and Terry Michaels 391 Beacon Street �equesta, Florida 33469 Legal : 60-42-40-25-00-000-5030 Nature of Violation: Violation of Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, Chapter4, ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE II, DOCS AND CATS, Sec. 4-,13, Running at Large, Prohibited, Page No. 259. The Respondent, Terry Michaels, was present at the hearing. Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer Sgt. John Irovando testified to the violation. Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article I1, Dogs and Cats, Section 4-13, Running at Large, of the Code of Ordinances of the �Ilage of Tequesta. Speciaf Master Pa�alette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Robert and Terry Michaels, shall comply with Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article 11, Dogs and Cats, �ion 4-13, k�unning at Large, af �he Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by February 23, 2001.
