FEBRUARY 22, 2001

The hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
A. Code Er�forcement Special Master Torcivia approved the minutes of the January
25, 2000 hearing as submitted.

Violation of Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta, Florida, Chapter4,
ANIMALS AND FOWL, ARTICLE II,
DOCS AND CATS, Sec. 4-,13, Running
at Large, Prohibited, Page No. 259.
The Respondent, Terry Michaels, was present at the hearing. Tequesta Code
Enforcement Officer Sgt. John Irovando testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Chapter 4, Animals
and Fowl, Article I1, Dogs and Cats, Section 4-13, Running at Large, of the
Code of Ordinances of the �Ilage of Tequesta.
Speciaf Master Pa�alette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, Robert and Terry
Michaels, shall comply with Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Article 11, Dogs and
Cats, �ion 4-13, k�unning at Large, af �he Code of Ordinances of the Village
of Tequesta by February 23, 2001. If Respondents do not comply within the time
specified, a fine of fd� dollars ($SQ.OQ} per day shall be assessed for each day
the violation continues to exist.

within the time specified, a fine of fifty doltars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed
