Subject Payout of Accruals and Consideration of Severance Paymer�t
Upon the Resignation of Scott D. Ladd as Director of
� Community Development

As you are aware, Mr. Ladd's resignation date is February 23, 2001.
He will receive his final paycheck on Februa 30, 2�. Pursuant to
` Village Sick Leave and Vacation Leave Policies, Mr. Ladd's projected
� accruals payout wil{ be as follows:
VACATION HOURS: 320 @$3320 = $ I 0,624.00
SICK HOURS: 178 @ $33.20 = $ 5,909.60
TOTAL ACCRUAtS PAYOUT ;1 f�533.60
In light of Mr. Ladd's length of service, I have offered him, continge►rt
upon Village Council approval, an option of either 6 months of
heakhldental insurance premiums paid by the Viilage of Tequesta or
an equivalent cash payment Mr. Ladd has opted for the cash payment
