Utilities Department reported on water hookup for Girl Scouts. 2. Personnel Specialist discussed timesheets and handbooks. 3. Special Projects Coordinator discussed AT&T cell tower. 4. Kara Irwin, Planner, discussed 20 acres of Rude property and annexation of that property. � Conducted meeting with Pat Hartley and Sandy McKee, residents of The Country Club, regarding Country Club monuments, on November 7, 2000. • Processed refunds for occupational licenses (approximately 500)on November 7, 2000. � Held meeting with Councilmember Schauer and representatives of Lighthouse Gallery to discuss future needs and possible joint ventures on November 7, 2000; agreement was made to decorate holiday tree and village hall. • Held conference with Councilmember Walker regarding upcoming Citizen Survey on November 8, 2000. 5 � • Held meeting with utility engineers to review stormwater utilities, and agreement with Northern, on November 8, 2000. • Prepared letter to Publix regarding inquiry as to future facility expansion and renovation for Mayor Capretta, on November 8, 2000. • Utility Department Monthly Water Usages Report dated October 1-30, 2000, is attached hereto and made part of this report. • The Department of Community Development Monthly Report dated October, 2000, is attached hereto and made a part of this Report. • The Department of Fire-Rescue Village Manager's Report for the Month of October, 2000, is attached hereto and made a part of this Report.
