Hoping an exception can be made as the building I am planning on purchasing is currently c-2 zoning (399 N Cypress Drive) and a preschool is not allowed currently. I have been in this industry since the age of i6 and am almost 40. My husband Christian and I have been together since the age of i5 and we now have 2 daughters. Sabrina is i6 and Samantha is i3. Being a mom and in this industry pretty much my whole working career life, this industry is in my blood. Molding young minds at a high standard has always been my vision as a preschool teacher and now hopefully owner. Having worked for a few privately owned schools and the last being corporate owned, I know that a structured environment which would provide top quality rich curriculum, safe, fun hands on learning would benefit the families there and around the area as well as it being a non-denominational preschool in Tequesta. I also have a seasoned owner/operator of 25 years who wants to be part of this preschool's implementation, growth and development. But because of confidentiality reasons, srae is unable to provide any additional information at this time. Pending aIl areas of approval, my goal is o offer top quality care to roughly i3o families. Acknowledging that Tequesta is an affluent community filled with young, dual-income families that currently find curriculum based child care in other municipalities. With a11 this in mind, I would offer different options of hours (programs) to families as to be able to accommodate different financial situations. My goal is to also offer a VPK (Voluntary Pre- Kindergarten) program (accredited by the state) for the children that are 4 years old. This allows children to benefit from a school/curriculum enviroriment for free from the hours of 9am-12pm (spots would be limited) to prepare them for Kindergarten. For the nrorking families extended hours would be available. Hours and Programs as an example: Pre School Age (2's & 3's) Mon — Fri (8:oo-i2:oo Part Time) and (7:00-6:0o Full Time) Tue & Thu (Part Time) or (Full Time) Mon-Wed-Fri (Part Time) or (Full Time) VPK Program (Four Year Old Rooms) 9:oo-i2:oo FREE (Limited Spots) 8:00-2:30 (Part Time) :00-6:00 (Full Time) Diana Jarosz Tequesta at the moment from the research I have done does not have such a preschool, all being religious based. The building I am envisioning this preschool in again, located at 399 N Cypress Drive to me is a perfect location. Small changes would have to be made to the interior, nothing structural, to create the perfect learning classrooms and environment. While I would have to create an outdoor play area for the children it would not violate the current parking code. This area would be in the rear of the building not visible to the main street. Please consider a highly rich in curriculum, small, family oriented private preschool in Tequesta. Sincerely Yours, Diana Jarosz .., n l ,j {+ ' r - . r 2. , - - Y .
