Request from Mr. Thomas Faure Romanelli, Key Estates Tequesta Senior Housing LP, for a time extension to Special Exception
SE-01-12 Approval Order. SE 01-12 for an Adult Living Facility to be located at 4534-46 County Line Road was granted by Council
on November 8, 2012. In accordance with Sec. 78-368(c), a six (6) month time extension to SE 01-12 was granted by Council on
May 9, 2013, commencing on November 8, 2013. SE-01-12 Approval Order time limit is May 8, 2014. Key Estates Tequesta Senior
Housing LP is the new owner of the subject property (See attached Time Extension Request Letter).

Subject: Request for a Time Extension to the SE-01-12 Approval Order for 4534-46 County
Line Road
As the new owner of the 8 acre property located at 4534-46 County Line Road, Village of
Tequesta, we have been actively planning the development of a 96 unit Assisted Living Facility on
our site. We realise that the Time Extension is running out on May 8th and ask if you would please
give us more time to present, for your consideration, our specific plans and ideas. We therefore
hereby bid you to kindly grant us a time extension to the SE-01-12 Approval Order.
I remain at your disposal for any clarification and questions you may have, and look forward to
working with you to achieve our plans and the development of the facility.
