Fine Imposition Hearings: None B. Violation Hearings [i�ontinued from last Hearing] Case No. 90-08-21 �� Thomas J. Little, 486 Dover Road, Tequesta, Floreda. Legal Description: Jupiter in the Pines, Sec. B, Lot 9, Blk 15. Violation: Ord. No. 355, Appendix A- Zoning, Sec. (X), (L)(2). Restricted Parking [Page 1184.1] Respondent, Th+�mas J. Little, was present at the hearing with his attorney, Ray Tayon. Att��rney Tayon clearly indicated that his client, Mr. Little, was in violation. Re:�pondent Little represented that he wished to work with the Village to comply with his violation. The Village established how Mr. Little could park his vehicle and be within the parameters of the ordinance. SPECIAL MASTER C�DE ENFORCEMENT HEARING MINUTES APRIL 17, 1997 PAGE 2 Conclusion of law in this matter was that Respondent, Thomas J. Little, is in violation of Ordinance No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Sec (X), (L)(2), restricted parking. The Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master was that Respondent, Thomas J. Little, shall be in total compliance with Ordinance No. 355, Appendix A-Zoning, Sec (X), (L)(2), restricted parking, by the 20th day of August, 1997. Additionally, Mr. Little shalf either remove his recreational vehicle from the driveway or obtain the appropriate building permit to put in a new parking area for the recreational vehicle at the agreed upon site, referred to as Respondent's Exhibit "1 ", the site survey of Mr. Little's house - Marked as Side A and attached to the �rder of the Special Master, by April 24, 1997. If Respondent does not comply with this seven day requirement, a fine of $50.00 per day shall be assessed for each day this requirement goes disobeyed. If Respondent does not comply by the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 21 st day of August, 1997, at 10:00 A.M., at the Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day, five hundred ($500.00) per day for repeat violations, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to exist. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer at (561) 575-6218 to request a reinspection of the property. C.
