The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement
cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard
testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 28th day of October, 1999, and based on the
evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW,
and ORDER are hereby entered:
FINDINGS OF FACT
l. The Respondents, Robert H. and Helen V. King, were not present at the
hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice.
2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer testified to the ongoing violation.
3. The Special Master made a finding that this case was a repeat violation.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Respondents are in repeat violation of App. A, Sec X(L)(2) of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
ORDER
It is the Order of the Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondents, Robert H.
and Helen V. King, shall immediately comply with App. A, Sec X(L)(2) of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village of Tequesta.
A fine of fifty-dollars ($50.00) is hereby assessed for the violation that has e�sted.
Should this violation be repeated, a fine of one-hundred-dollars ($100.00) per day will be assessed
for each day the violation continues to e�st.
A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, and, once recorded, shall constitute a lien against the property of the original amount
upon which the violation existed and upon any other real or personal property owned by the
Respondent, pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes for the original amount.
If Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a Fine Assessment Hearing
will be held before the Special Master on the 18th day of November, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., at the
Tequesta Village Council Chambers, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469.
Should a dispute arise concerning compliance, either party may request a hearing
before the Special Master on the issue of compliance only.
Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondents to notify the Village of
Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
DONE AND ORDERED this 28th day of October, 1999.
