28, 1999 hearing wi�th correction of two typographical errors.

The Respondents, Marcia l.ynn Spalter and Heide A. Wilkinson, were present
at the hearing and testified to means by which they were now cor�taining the
dogs. Sgt. kovando, Tequesta Code Enforcernent Officer, tes#ified ta the
violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respondents are in violation of CMapter 4, Article {t,
Secfion 4-13, of the Code of Qrdinances of ihe Vilfage of Tequesta.
Special Master Paui�tte Torcivia ordered that Responder�ts, Marcia Lynn Spaiter
and Heide A. Wiikinson, shafl compiy with Chapter 4, Articte il, Section 4-13, of
the Code of 4rdinances of #he Village af Tequesta by the 19th day of November,
1999.
If �tespondents do not comply within �he time specified, a fine of fi#ty dollars
{$50.0�) per day shall be assessed for each day the vit�lation continues to exist.

The Respor�dents, Caro! Glasser, representing K-Mart Corporation, and Antonio
Golino, representing Tamwest Reaity, were present at the hearing and testified
t� miscommunication between {andlord and tenant. The Tequesta Code
Enforcement �fficer testified to the vioiation.
Concl�sion of law was that Respondents are in violation of Appendix A-Zoning,
Section X(H) (1 v) of the Code of 4rdinances af the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paulette Torcivia ordered that Respondents, K-Mart Corporation
and Tamwest Realty, Inc., shall comply with Appendix A-Zoning, Section X,
Supplemental Regulations Applying to a Specific, to Several to all DistriGts (H};

of January 2000.
if Respondents do not comply within the time specified, a fine of up to #wo
hundred fifty dollars ($250.40) per day, fi�e hundred ($500.OQ) dolfars per day
for repeat violators, may be assessed for each day the violation continues to
exist.
A Status Hearing will be held before the Special Master on the 27th day of
January, �000, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tequesta Village Councif Chambers, 35�
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Fforida 33469. Should a dispute arise concerning
compfiance, either party may request a hearing be#ore the Specia! Master on the
issue of compliance only.

The Respondent, Cynthia S. Seidel, was not present at the hearing, however,
there was a finding of proper notice. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Officer
testified to the violation.
Conclusion of law was that Respandent is in violation of Chapter 4, Section 4-7
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta.
Special Master Paufette Torcivia ordered that Respondent, Cynthia S. Seidel,
shall comply with Chapter 4, Section 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of November, 1999.
If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty doilars
($50.00) per day shal{ be assessed for each day the violatian continues ta exist.
