SEIDEL, Respondent. / Re: Violation of Chapter 4, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. �3ddress: 18 Hemlock Lane Tequesta, Florida 33469 Legal Description: TEQUESTA PINES LT 198 60-42-40-25-25-000-1980 The Special Master appointed by the Village of Tequesta to hear code enforcement cases for the Village of Tequesta, in accordance with Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, has heard testimony at the Code Enforcement Hearing held on the 18th day ofNovember, 1999, and based on the evidence and testimony presented, the following FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, and ORDER are hereby entered: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The Respondent, Cynthia S. Seidel, was not present at the hearing, however, there was a finding of proper notice. 2. The Tequesta Code Enforcement Of�icer testified to the violation. « . i r CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Respondent is in violation of Chapter 4, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta. ORDER It is the Order ofthe Code Enforcement Special Master that Respondent, Cynthia S. Seidel, shall comply with Chapter 4, Sec. 4-7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Tequesta by the 19th day of November, 1999. If Respondent does not comply within the time specified, a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day shall be assessed for each day the violation continues to e�st. Upon complying, it is the responsibility of the Respondent to notify the Village of Tequesta Code Enforcement Clerk at (561) 575-6213 to request a reinspection of the property.
