After approval by the Village Council_, a building permit can � be issued by the Buildin� Departmer�t. 1 � � r The applicant will submit to the Village of Tequesta Planning and Zoning Department the following documents for Planning & Zoning Advisory Board review, forty-five (45) days prior to the meeting date: 1) For new constructi�n or additions, Fifteen (15) sets of professionally prepared site plans shawing all existing and proposed structures, setbacks, parking and loading layout, ingress and egress, sidewalks and walkways, exterior lighting layout, dimensions of street frontages and property lines and a11 signage. 2) FiftQen (15) sets of Landscaping Plans in accordance vvith Village of Tequesta Code of Ordinances, Division IV, Landscaping. 3) Fifteen (15) sets of multi-diniensional color renderings andlor photographs are to be provided. The Plaauaing & Zoning Advisory Board needs to see an exact rendering of what is to be placed on the site. Color photographs or prints as close to the actual colors to be used must be supplied.
