This cause came on to be heard upon the above application and the Village Planning and �,
Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta having considered the evidence presented by the �
applicant and other interested persons at a hearing called and properly noticed, and the Village I �
Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of Tequesta being otherwise duly advised, ,
THEREUPON, THE VILLAGE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD OF ',
THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA F1NDS AS FOLLOWS: '
1. The subject property is located in the R-3 Multiple Family Dwelling Zoning District �
in the Village of Tequesta.. ��
2. The applicant has submitted a11 documents required by the Village's Code of '
Ordinances for Village Planning and Zoning Advisory Board site plan modification
review and final action. �
3. The application and a11 supporting documentation and presenta.tion materials as ,
reviewed by the Village Planning and Zoning Advisory Board at its April 17, 2014 i
meeting, and as kept on file by the Village, are made a part hereof and axe hereby �'�

4. According to Section 22-53, approval by the Village Planning and Zoning Advisory '

5. The applicants have applied for modifications to a previously approved site plan to
revise landscaping around the pool cabana building.
6. Under the provisiorns of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village Planning and
Zoning Advisory Br�ard has the right, power and authority to act upon the request
herein made.
IT IS THEREUPON CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The application for site pla� modification approval, Case No. SPM 06-14 with reference to
the above described property within the Village of Tequesta, Palm Beach County, Florida, to
approve modification to previousl�� approved site plan in accordance with the application attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby APPROVED.
* The term Aapplicant(s) as used herein .rhall include all successors and assigns.
* The applicant's site plan modification approval shall expire in twelve (12) months unless a
building permit has been obtained in accordance with Sec. 78-334(h). If the building permit
expires or is voided, the site plan approval also expires or becomes void.
