and assigns, a permanent easement for the construction, repair, I
installation and maintenance of water utility facilities including,
but not limited to raw water transmission mains and related

Together with the right from time to time to reconstruct, alter,
improve, and remove such facility or any portion of it, and '�

its contractors, agents, successors or assigns, over the adjoining
