The undersigned Grantor, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA GULF
5TREAM COUNCIL, INC., owner of the premises described below, in

consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby
acknowledc�ed, does hereby grant and give to Grantee, VILI�AGE OF
TEQUESTA, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 357
Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida 33469-0474, and to its successors
and assigns, a permanent easement for the construction, repair,
installation and maintenance of water utility facilities including,
but not limited to raw water transmission mains and related
appurtenances, over, in, upon, across and �n the property described
as follows:

Together with the right from time to time to reconstruct, alter,
improve, and remove such facility or any portion of it, and
together with all rights and privileges necessary or convenient for
the use of the easement granted hereby, and the right of ingress
and egress for personnel and equipment of the VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA,
its contractors, agents, successors or assigns, over the adjoining
lands of the undersigned for the purpose of exercising and enjoying
the rights granted by this Easement;
Reserving unto the Grantor all underlying rights as fee simple
